One list that answers four teams

Every team that touches software spend reads the same complete list, each for its own questions.

Finance: every tool with its monthly and yearly cost, so renewals never surprise the budget.
IT: every vendor and category in one place, so you find and remove licenses of people who left.
Operations: one owner per tool and a renewal calendar, so nothing renews unnoticed.
Founders: software cost per head and duplicate tools, so spend is under control before the next board meeting.

How a SaaS management platform works in three steps

  1. 1. Import an export. Drop a CSV, XLSX or PDF from a corporate card, bank account or expense tool.

  2. 2. See every tool and renewal. Each software charge is matched to its vendor, category, yearly cost and predicted renewal date.

  3. 3. Get alerted before each renewal. Email alerts arrive 30, 14 and 7 days before every predicted renewal.

For the person who signs the budget

Software spend leaks quietly. Unused tools renew automatically, two teams pay for the same category and former employees keep their seats. SassList shows all of it in one table.

No more spreadsheets built by hand from statements. Every tool gets one owner, and an alert reaches you before each renewal.

There is no integration project. The first list comes from one export, so you see results the same day.

See all subscription management system features.

Every tool in one row, with its next renewal

Each row shows the vendor, its category, the monthly and yearly cost, the billing cycle and the predicted renewal date.

Totals show your annual software spend, your tool count and the categories where you pay more than once.

Confirm or edit any renewal date. The table exports to CSV and XLSX on every plan.

SaaS management questions, answered

More answers are in the SaaS management FAQ.

Do you need access to our bank or Google Workspace?

No. One export is enough. SassList never asks for a bank login, a card connection or single sign-on to build your first list.

Where does our statement go?

It is read in your browser. Only merchant names are classified on our server, never the file and never your amounts.

Which exports work?

CSV, XLSX and PDF from corporate cards, banks and expense tools.

How accurate are renewal dates?

They are predicted from the charge history, using the last charge and the billing cycle. You can confirm or edit each date.

What happens to tools that are not software?

They are ignored and never listed.

Can several people use it?

Yes. Team and Business include team members with roles.

Do you offer SSO and invoices?
